Maple Pumpkin Butter
Ingredients
- 425 grams canned pumpkin
- 120 grams maple syrup
- 120 grams apple cider can sub apple juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- pinch ground cloves
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a heavy bottomed sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium low heat.
- Turn the heat down to low and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and use in recipes, on toast, as a filling for pop tarts etc...
